Garth is, above all else, dedicated to developing leadership capacities and skills, fulfilling personal and business aspirations while developing right relationships with others and the environment. He has coached top level executives and political leaders and worked with businesses across the globe. He is a Certified Professional Coach (CPCC), an Organizational Systems and Relationship Coach (ORSC), a Keynote speaker and has a long history of faciliating learning programs which target a deeper understanding of building a new culture. While sharing leadership concepts he also broadens awareness about building for future generations. His work is primarily targetted at leaders struggling to reach the next level in their personal and organizational development. He assists clients in implementing long term sustainable patterns of development for their organizations, their employees, their customers, their personal lives, their relationships and their environment.

A former Managing Director for Atos Origin, Garth headed up the North American Technology and Support Organization with more than 180 consultants. His business travels to Europe (Netherlands), Asia (Kuwait, Bahrain, India, Vietnam), South America (Curasoa) and throughout North America have provided him experience in working extensively with clients, colleagues and associates from various cultures.

Garth operates from the premise that success naturally follows development of talent, personal capacity, and implementation of sustainable practices.
